UITestExtensionPackage.GetService()

This method should get the service object type for this service.

  • The first step is to create the different available services and cache them.

        //create and cache the services
        private ExcelTechnologyManager technologyManager = new ExcelTechnologyManager();
        private ExcelPropertyProvider propertyProvider = new ExcelPropertyProvider();
        private ExcelActionFilter actionFilter = new ExcelActionFilter();

  • Then the GetService method will return the appropriate service based on the type that is provided, if the type provided is not supported then it returns null.
